Irwin STEM Magnet School
Our staff works to inspire students to excel in academics while fostering character, citizenship, communication, critical thinking, collaboration and creativity. We empower our Explorers to engage in meaningful learning, grow through curiosity and teamwork, connect their classroom experiences to future careers, and develop resiliency and self-awareness to overcome challenges. Together, we prepare our students to thrive as responsible and innovative contributors to the world.
To attend this STEM Magnet School school, students must apply through the School Choice Lottery. The process is different from the neighborhood schools within FWCS, which assign students based on their residential addresses.

Irwin is a Magnet School. To attend this STEM school, students must apply through the School Choice Lottery. The process is different from the neighborhood schools within FWCS, which assign students based on their residential addresses.
Students who live outside FWCS boundaries are also welcome to attend Irwin, based on space availability, and must provide transportation to and from school.
